Mourad Boudjellal is planning to take the IRB to court over payments to players on international duty in a groundbreaking move.

The outspoken Toulon president had already made his feelings clear earlier this season when he complained about having to pay the likes of Bryan Habana, Juán Martín Fernández-Lobbe and Bakkies Botha while they were away at the Rugby Championship.

Hallam Amos scored two tries as Newport Gwent Dragons opened their account for the season in the Guinness PRO12 with a 33-15 win over Treviso.

The young winger crossed twice in five first-half minutes as the Welsh region took control of the game to lead 17-3 at half-time.

Leicester Tigers came from behind to defeat Exeter Chiefs 24-20 at Sandy Park, England scrum-half Ben Youngs scoring the winner.

The Chiefs dominated for large parts, but the Tigers kept their cool to record their second victory of the season.

Exeter dominated early on, and capitalised on the sin binning of Vereniki Goneva to take the lead.
