Due to a family bereavement, Chris Pollock will return home to New Zealand for a funeral and will therefore be unable to referee the Australia v Fiji game in the Millennium Stadium on September 23.

Pollock will be replaced by Glen Jackson (New Zealand).

Pollock is due to take charge as an assistant referee for his first appointment in Gloucester (Tonga v Georgia) before heading home to New Zealand.

He will return to England on September 23 and will continue with his RWC appointments.
