Racing Métro will not be fined regarding the numbers on the back of their shirts used against Toulon on Saturday.
The fan mosaic effect on the numbers made identifying each player difficult, with the club also falling foul of their numbers being be “very apparent” (art. 378) and “perfectly legible and identifiable” (art.379).
A maximum sum of $120,000 (€50,000) was reported as a possible punishment for Parisian side, but Eurosport have said that the LNR will not act against the club with a financial penalty.
Racing have received a warning and will not be using the jerseys again.
