Worcester and Fiji centre Josh Matavesi has been handed a four-week suspension for his dangerous tackle on Saracens’ Neil de Kock.

Matavesi will miss Worcester’s two remaining games of the season.

The player pleaded guilty to the charge of a dangerous tackle. His suspension runs from April 16 to May 6 and from May 31 to June 6, and he is free to play again on June 7.

The second period covers Fiji’s matches against Japan and Canada in the Pacific Nations Cup.
